Should I hire a Google Advertising Professional to manage my PPC campaigns?

I’ve been managing the Adwords acc’t myself. I’ve been at it for a month and it just takes too much time and I’m not profiting - AT ALL. Would it be wise to hire a Qualified Google Professional Company to take over for me? Is it worth it? Have you ever used a Google Pro company to manage your campaigns? What was you experience? Did they help increase your sales? Or did you hire a non-Qualified Google pro to manage your campaigns?
